These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and 99aab ("the Company", "We", "Us", "99aab") governing your access to and use of the online gaming platform available at 99aab.pro and any associated mobile or web applications (collectively, "the Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any service offered by 99aab, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the 99aab Platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 99aab Privacy Policy and any specific bonus or promotional terms published on the Platform from time to time. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

To register and maintain an account on the 99aab Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 99aab enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years for all users. Providing false information regarding your age during registration is a serious breach of these Terms.
• You must be a natural person, not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 99aab, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list operated by 99aab or any national responsible gaming authority that covers your jurisdiction.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.

99aab reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any account where eligibility cannot be satisfactorily verified. Where an account is closed due to ineligibility, 99aab will return any genuine funds deposited, net of any bonuses or promotional credits received, subject to any applicable anti-money-laundering obligations.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the 99aab Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device profiles — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You agree to keep this information updated at all times. 99aab is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations, 99aab may request documentation to verify your identity, age, address, and payment methods at any stage of your account lifecycle. Acceptable documents may include:

• A valid Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC) or passport for identity and age verification.
• A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued correspondence dated within 90 days for address verification.
• Screenshots or confirmation of the payment method used for deposits, for payment verification purposes.

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any one-time passwords (OTPs) with any third party. 99aab will never contact you to request your password. Any unauthorised access to your account should be reported to 99aab support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected].

All financial transactions on the 99aab Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 99aab supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods, subject to availability in your region:

• JazzCash — instant mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals.
• EasyPaisa — instant mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals.
• HBL (Habib Bank Limited) — bank transfer deposits and withdrawals.
• UBL (United Bank Limited) — bank transfer deposits and withdrawals.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of the 99aab Platform. These limits may vary by payment method and by account verification status. Fully KYC-verified accounts generally benefit from higher transaction limits.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the Company's AML obligations. 99aab reserves the right to request additional identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method but are typically completed within one (1) to three (3) business days for verified accounts.

Funds deposited into your 99aab account must be used for gaming purposes. Depositing funds with no intention to wager — i.e., treating your 99aab account as a payment processing facility — is prohibited and may result in account suspension and the return of funds net of any processing costs incurred.

99aab offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. The availability, value, wagering requirements, validity period, and eligible games associated with each promotion are specified in the individual offer terms published alongside that promotion on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

The following general conditions apply to all 99aab bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated) must be wagered before withdrawal eligibility is achieved. Wagering requirements are clearly displayed on each offer.
• Bonuses have a validity period. Any unwagered bonus funds and associated winnings remaining at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• Bonuses are personal to the registered account holder and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses using duplicate accounts are treated as fraud.

• Free spins, where awarded, are typically valid for 24 hours from crediting unless otherwise specified. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds subject to applicable wagering requirements.

All sports bets, casino game wagers, and virtual sports bets placed on the 99aab Platform are subject to the specific game rules and sports betting rules published on the Platform. Players are advised to familiarise themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager.

The following general betting rules apply across all 99aab products:

• A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed by the Platform and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets that are not confirmed due to technical interruptions are void and any amounts staked are returned.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per event, as displayed at the time of bet placement. These limits may vary by market and by account status.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error ("palpable error"), 99aab reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous price. Players will be notified of any such voidance and stakes will be returned in full.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to market suspension rules. 99aab reserves the right to suspend any in-play market at any time without notice. Bets placed on suspended markets will be voided.
• Cricket, PSL, and other sports results are settled in accordance with the relevant official governing body's declared result. 99aab's settlement decision is final once the official result is confirmed.
• Casino and slot game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators. The outcome of any completed game round is final and cannot be reversed except in cases of confirmed technical fault.

Winnings from settled bets and game rounds are credited to your 99aab account balance in PKR immediately upon settlement. Sports betting markets are typically settled within 30 minutes of the official result being declared.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 99aab Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and may result in legal action:

• Creating more than one account on the 99aab Platform under any identity or combination of identities.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or at any other point of interaction with 99aab.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or claim bonuses.
• Exploiting software errors, game malfunctions, pricing errors, or any other technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players or with 99aab employees to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any other strategy specifically designed to exploit bonus offers in a manner not consistent with genuine recreational play.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal purpose.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law, using VPNs, proxy servers, or other methods to disguise your true location.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 99aab staff members or other players through any communication channel.

99aab is committed to responsible gaming and to providing players with the tools necessary to maintain control over their gaming activity. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible at no charge from within your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can lose. The same cooling-off rules apply as for deposit limits.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for any single gaming session. The system will notify you when your limit is reached and end your session automatically.
• Reality Checks: Configure periodic on-screen reminders showing you how long you have been playing and your net win/loss position during the current session.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from the Platform for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently). During self-exclusion, all marketing communications are suspended and all login attempts are blocked.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, recreational gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the 99aab Platform without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any 99aab software.
• Use the 99aab name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without express written consent.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform by automated means.

Any unauthorised use of 99aab intellectual property will result in immediate account suspension and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 99aab, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the 99aab Platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, 99aab is not liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from technical failures, network interruptions, or downtime of the Platform or third-party payment processors, provided such failures are outside 99aab's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from account suspension for prohibited conduct.
• Any indirect gambling-related losses, including but not limited to losses claimed to arise from addiction, compulsive play, or failure to use available responsible gaming tools.
• Any loss arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your credentials.

99aab's total liability to you in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, net of any withdrawals made during that period.

99aab collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an account on 99aab, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, 99aab uses your personal data to:

• Verify your identity and age as required by our licensing and AML obligations.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions in PKR.
• Provide customer support, resolve disputes, and communicate important account information.
• Detect and prevent fraud, money laundering, prohibited conduct, and underage access.

99aab reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the 99aab Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to 99aab's international gaming licence jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between you and 99aab, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. 99aab is committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to the dispute resolution procedures established under 99aab's licensing authority, details of which are available upon request from our support team. The decision of the licensing authority's dispute resolution body shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Pakistani consumer protection law.
